Shipping & Delivery

Please carefully go through our Shipping Policies given below:-

1.We strive to deliver products purchased from Nspire in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Product(s) are dispatched/shipped from our place by established & reputed courier agencies.
2.All orders placed before 11 a.m. will be dispatched within 48  hours of the purchase. All other orders will be dispatched within 72 hours of the purchase.
3.We will try our best to ensure timely delivery of your order but it may be delayed due to unexpected circumstances.
4.The following number of days from receipt of your order will be applied:-
  • For India orders – All orders placed before 11 am will be dispatched within 48  hours of the  purchase. All other orders will be dispatched within 72 hours.  You can expect delivery of the orders within 7-10 business days and for locations that are interior or difficult to reach can take 10-15 days
  • .For International orders – All international orders are processed within 72 hours and . You can expect delivery of the order within 10-15 business days.
5.Order Deliveries will be made between  10:00 AM – 6:00 PM from Monday to Saturday. Excluding public holidays.
6.Goods will need to be signed upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. Our brand  Nspire  is not responsible for damage after delivery.
7.Certain courier partners may request an OTP to complete delivery. This will need to be provided for the completion of delivery. OTP will be sent to the number registered at the time of placing the order.
8.For any complaints regarding your order, please contact customercare@nspirebynature.com within 72 hours of your order delivery for resolution.
9.Shipping and handling rates may vary based on the product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out, and consumers will be aware of this before making the payments.
    10.Nspire reserves the right to cancel your order due to issues arising out of inventory or other internal issues or issues such as strikes, interstate regulations, delivery outrage etc. We will inform you about the cancelation of your order and will offer you a refund.
    11.Sales are "first come, first served". The merchandise may not be restocked once sold out. No information regarding the presence of any product in our stock will be guaranteed and we will alert you only when an item is sold out.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so, by sending us an email at customercare@nspirebynature.com within 24 hours of placing the order. You can also call our Customer Care number on +91-9789272001(Timings: 11 am - 5 pm IST), within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the orders have been dispatched, they cannot be canceled. In case of cancellation of the order within the timeline, you will be charged 2% as payment gateway charges and shipping charges, the balance will be refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument in 10-15 working days.
